The holidays are meant to be flush with friends, family, good food and drink. To make busy holiday shopping simpler, here is our easy to follow holiday wine and seafood pairing guide.

“Where should we go to eat?”
Any time you’re visiting a new city, searching out the BEST spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks can feel like a total roll of the dice. Yelp reviews are hit or miss (mostly miss), and even the top 10 lists you’ll find on Google can leave you guessing. When you have just a few days to enjoy in a new place, it’s easy to land somewhere “popular” but totally average. If you’re a food-obsessed traveler like me, you want to make sure every meal is memorable and represents the absolute best of local fare.
How are you supposed to you know which are the overhyped, touristy spots you can skip?
How do you make sure every meal is maximum-delicious?
You can’t just settle for the spot that’s closest to your AirBnB. The last thing you want is to waste your precious travel meals on something underwhelming because you’re tired, or unprepared, or overwhelmed with choices.

If you get a hankering for a Zebra Cake, the easiest way to satisfy that craving will probably involve heading to your nearest grocery or dollar store snack aisle and picking up a box of Little Debbie's finest, plastic-wrapped creations. What you'll get is a few mouthfuls of somewhat dry, possibly stale cake with frosting that is sweet and sturdy, but not something that could be described as delicious.

This revamped antipasto dish is an ideal, wholesome choice for a cozy Valentine's Day celebration at home. The bold Italian Coratina extra virgin olive oil adds a fantastic green, peppery taste, complemented by the Lavender Rosé White Balsamic Vinegar, which introduces a romantically luxurious scent and gentle acidity. The rosemary infusion in our sea salt contributes herbaceous and woody notes, making this dish a delightful and healthier alternative to dining out!
This elevated presentation of a nicoise salad is sure to wow. Seared rare tuna steaks are nicely seasoned and coated in sesame seeds, adding color as well as flavor to this hearty salad. The vinaigrette is a classic adaptation of the citrus, vinegar, and EVOO combo with a little TRUFF twist. We added a hearty tablespoon of our TRUFF White Hot Sauce for pops of elegant umami, seasonings, and vibrant chili peppers, tying together the tuna and salad ingredients deliciously well! This is definitely a “treat yourself” kinda salad! Enjoy, you deserve it!

This cheese and charcuterie flavor doesn’t beat the Summer heat, it fuels it! We joined our spiciest products together with some fuego cheeses and peppery-punchy cured meats for an enticing and mouthwatering collection.
Pozole is a hearty soup made by combining and simmering chili peppers, garlic, onions, and savory seasonings with rich broth (we used both Aneto Fish Broth & Chicken broth), hominy and protein. This creates a warming, filling, and satisfyingly simple soup, perfect for winter.
Are you craving a flavorful, easy-to-make chili? We have just the recipe for you!
The secret ingredient to this dish is our Spicy Marinara Sauce; a blend of ripe tomatoes, delicate herbs, black winter truffle, and red chili peppers. When combined with the traditional chili seasonings and ingredients, our Spicy Marinara Sauce transforms this average meal into something truly crave-worthy!
A standout for Christmas breakfast or brunch, this crostata draws inspiration from everything bagels and smoked salmon. Our Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Honey Ginger Infused White Balsamic elevate the savory crust, while a drizzle of Roasted Sesame Oil adds savory umami bursts. Your Christmas guests will adore this delightful crostata!
With the holiday season on its way, it's all about selecting the recipes you'll be serving your guests or bringing over for dinner. While there are plenty of dishes to choose from, dessert gets a special mention — an extra treat or two is always welcome. This veggie-forward main dish (or hearty appetizer for a group) pairs so well with our new Asian Peanut Sauce. The savory and salty elements of the roasted peanuts, garlic, and ginger vibe so well with the fresh cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and fresh herbs (cilantro and scallions). The sweeter and citrusy notes of the sauce pair well with the noodles, lettuce, and cabbage, adding palate cleansing zest and sweet balance.
Don’t we all wish March was a touch more tropical? We took an Irish spin on this tiki-inspired drink, substituting the rum for whiskey and infusing the cocktail’s base with some fruity-infused white balsamic. The combination of our Pineapple White Balsamic and Peach White Balsamic pair well with the almond orgeat, sweet coconut milk, anise-spiked absinthe, and earthy matcha tea powder.
