Albea Blanca Bloody Mary  


Yield: 6 glasses

Ingredients:

6 cups tomato juice
2 cups good quality vodka
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons spicy pimenton
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
juice from 1 lemon 

Garnish: 
wakame spheres
sliced black garlic
sea salt flakes
celery leaves
fennel leaves 

Method of Preparation:

In a large pitcher combine tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, worcestershire, pimenton, black pepper, celery seed, fennel seed and lemon juice. 
Stir until blended.
Pour bloody mary mix into glasses filled with crushed ice. 
Top with garnishes before serving.
